Hi Shine Family!!! Welcome to SHINE ON!!! I am super excited to launch my blog for a community of shine seekers, and glow-getters who will have a forum to explore various aspects of what it means to shine in the most dynamic way! I am an open, honest, transparent, and passionate chica! I believe transparency heals, and cloudy confuses. So let's ditch the cloudy right now!

I am a child of God, a lady, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a god-mommy, a nurse, a professional dancer, a model, a former NFL cheerleader, an author, and now a blogger! I have experienced a life thus far of many twists and turns. My light has been dimmed on MANY occasions. I've been depressed, confused, unmotivated, and the like. But the one thing I have never done...is let my light burn out!

If you are seeking an avenue to uplift yourself, learn how to get out of your own way, level-up, and just transform into a better you, than you are definitely in the right place! I believe we should all carry our own sunshine where ever we go. And with that, SHINE ON will be full of habits, dynamic individuals, tips, etc. to allow you to consistently walk in a light that will burn for years to come.

This blog will be for anyone who has experienced a slump in their life and need motivation to light a spark beneath them; and for the established glow-getter who wants to maintain there shine.
